Shipment Processing Time

If an item is in stock, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong) after payment confirmation.Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We ship worldwide using premium, trackable couriers (e.g., FedEx and EMS)

Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos, and contact our customer support immediately at info@rollei35af.com, so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
