Warranty Coverage

We are proud to offer a two-year warranty on the Rollei 35AF. Throughout the warranty period, you may send your camera to our warranty center for inspection and necessary repairs at no extra cost. Should you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Exchange Process

In the event that your item has a manufacturer defect, please get in touch with us for assistance. You can return the product to our warranty center, and once we receive your shipping receipt via email, we will promptly arrange for a replacement. Before returning your item, please contact us to explain the defect. Note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage resulting from improper use or handling of the product.

Refund Policy

Before Shipment

Once the transaction is completed, the transaction platform will charge a handling fee. If a refund is needed, this charge is non-refundable and imposed by a third-party platform, which means we have no authority to recover it. Therefore, once an order is placed, all transactions are subject to a service fee of US$65 or 7% (whichever is lower) on the refunded items.

After Shipment

You may return products purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item. All returnable items are subject to a restocking fee of US$65 or 7% (whichever is lower). The product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging with the manual, and in the same new condition as when received. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
